A garage has been damaged after a battery caught fire on a residential street.
Two fire engines were called to Tring Road in Aylesbury at 3.47pm yesterday (October 28).
On arrival they found smoke billowing from the single-storey detached building.

The cause of the fire is thought to be a battery that was charging.
Two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, a positive pressure ventilation fan and a fog spike were used to extinguish the blaze.
The garage was around 20 per cent damaged by fire, Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
