LISA NORMAN, 46, of Broombarn Lane, Great Missenden, convicted of using a mobile phone behind the wheel while driving in Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, on November 27, 2023. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £16 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.
RICHARD ROBERTS, 43, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause alarm or distress in High Wycombe on July 7, 2024. Fined £161.
PETER HUGHES, 77, of Willow Wood Close, Burnham, convicted of speeding above the 30mph limit in Cookham Road, Maidenhead, on October 30, 2023. Found to be driving at 35mph. Fined £46. Also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £18 victim surcharge. Three points added to driving licence.
ANCA NEAGOE, 39, of Victoria Street, High Wycombe, convicted of stealing £150 trainers in High Wycombe, on June 26, 2024. Also convicted of stealing clothing worth £385 from John Lewis in High Wycombe on June 29, 2024. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison due to severity of offence and committed while subject to a suspended sentence. Must pay £380 compensation and £85 court costs.
GIUSEPPINA ROSSETTI, 43, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, convicted of criminal damage to a bin lid, glass window, a steam iron, and bracket for a drain pipe in Aylesbury on July 23, 2024. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity. Fined £85. Also ordered to pay £114 victim surcharge. Made subject to a restraining order.
ASHRAF KIZITO, 31, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury, convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver at Aylesbury Police Station on December 4, 2023. Also convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause fear or provoke violence at Aylesbury Police Station on the same date. Given a community order to comply with 200 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £400 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
HAMAAD AKBAR, 27, of White Lion Road, Amersham, convicted of speeding over the 30mph limit in Stanley Hall, Amersham, on November 4, 2023. Found to be driving at 43mph. Fined £369. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £148 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.
