THOMAS WHITE-DE-GROOTE, 27, of Hammersley Lane, Penn, convicted of convicted of drug-driving in High Wycombe on February 16, 2024. Found to have cannabis in their system. Fined £307. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £123 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES PERGUSEY, 49, of Victoria Crescent, Iver, convicted of drug-driving in High Street, Iver, on January 25, 2024. Found to have cocaine in their system. Fined £450. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £180 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

CLAUDIU ROSU, 33, of Bellingdon Road, Chesham, convicted of using a vehicle without the correct insurance in Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, on June 25, 2024. Also convicted of drink-driving on the same occasion. Fined £184. Given a community order to comply with 120 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.

ANASTASIA LOVELOCK, Barnfield, Iver, convicted of threatening to damage or destroy a vehicle in Iver on June 25, 2024. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

SCOT ATKINSON, 52, of Chestnut Close, Aston Clinton, convicted of criminal damage to a Range Rover worth £5,050.73 in Aston Clinton on September 20, 2023. Fined £162. Also ordered to pay £200 court costs and £64 victim surcharge.

KUMAR SAPKOTA, 43, of Cameron Road, Chesham, convicted of speeding over the 30mph in Amersham Road, Little Chalfont, on October 26, 2023. Found to be driving at 35mph. Fined £72. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £28 victim surcharge. Three points added to driving licence.

MOBARAK HOSSAIN, 53, of Blind Lane, Bourne End, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver or rider of a vehicle in Banbury between August 8, 2023 and September 5, 2023. Fined £415. Also ordered to pay £300 court costs and £166 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.

DIMITRIE MARUSEAC, 26, of Chiltern Street, Aylesbury, convicted of drug-driving in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on February 6, 2024. Found to have cocaine in their system. Fined £461. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £184 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MANJIT SANDHU, 53, of London Road, High Wycombe, convicted of harassment in High Wycombe between June 22, 2024, and June 23, 2024. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months due to severity of the crime, previous record and character. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.
