Police have released a doorbell camera image of a man they want to speak to about an attempted burglary near Aylesbury.
The would-be burglar first damaged the door of a property on Edlesborough High Street while trying to gain entry at around 9pm on Saturday, October 12.
They then tried to enter another house on Barn View at around 9:15pm.
Thames Valley Police has issued a CCTV image of an individual officers want to speak to in connection with the incidents.
Investigating officer DC Abigail Parry, said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the person in the picture as they may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.
“If you have any information relating to this incident, please call 101 or report it online, quoting 43240492250.
“Alternatively, for anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
