With Halloween coinciding with the half-term break this year, there will be several pumpkin patches for families to visit across Buckinghamshire.
A perfect autumnal event as the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, the family fun activity is friendly for both adults and children.
So if you want to pick up some pumpkins but are unsure where to go, don’t worry, as here are five places in Buckinghamshire you can visit this month.
Church Farm
Based in Weston Turville near Aylesbury, Church Farm has a mix of animals that range from cows to chickens, but with the spooky season now upon us, they also have a pumpkin patch.
They also have a wide variety of different shaped and coloured pumpkins on show.
After posting an image of their pumpkins to social media earlier this week, the farm said: “I'll never cease to be excited about the sheer variety of shapes and colours of pumpkins!”
A place to try out if you’re in the area.

Christmas Tree Farm
Christmas may be in the name, but Halloween is very much the season to celebrate as numerous pumpkins can be picked at this farm in Chesham.
The farm grows all of its own pumpkins which range in different colours and sizes, with the venue being visited by hundreds of people each year.
They said: “ We harvest our pumpkins and bring them to our retail area where they are displayed for you to wander around and choose your perfect pumpkin.”
