BK Plus has made its first acquisition in Buckinghamshire.
The accountancy firm has taken over Haines Watts in High Wycombe, adding to its recent acquisitions in the South West.
The office will be led by Gary Heywood, who will be joined by three partners and a team of more than 30 staff.

BK Plus now has 23 offices across the UK.
