Candice Brown is set to join Scott Smith for a one-night-only culinary event at The Oarsman.
The Marlow bistro-pub will host the next instalment of its Great British Pub Series on Monday, October 28.
Ms Brown, co-owner of The Green Man in Eversholt and winner of The Great British Bake Off 2016, will team up with The Oarsman’s head chef, Mr Smith, for a special dinner.
The event will celebrate the best of British pub cuisine.
Ms Brown, known for her passion for traditional British food, will bring her unique flair to The Oarsman for this exclusive evening.
The menu, priced at £60 per person, will feature six courses that showcase the culinary talents of both Ms Brown and Mr Smith.
The dishes will highlight why Britain is a nation of pub food lovers.
The six-course feast will feature dishes such as Beetroot and Feta, Nigella Seed Soda Bread served with Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter, Scallop with XO Sauce, Ham Hock and Chorizo Scotch Egg paired with Scotch Bonnet Jam, Cod Cullen Skink, Beef Shin Ale Pie with Suet Pastry, Cheesy Leek Mash, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and a Skillet Pan Cookie.
For wine enthusiasts, each course can be expertly paired with a handpicked selection of wines, curated by The Oarsman's owner, Nigel Sutcliffe.
Ms Brown, who grew up in the pubs her parents ran, has pursued various ventures since her GBBO win.
In 2018, she and her brother Ben took over The Green Man in Eversholt, which reopened in February 2019 after a full refurbishment.
Mr Smith said: "We are delighted to welcome Candice Brown to The Oarsman for what promises to be an unforgettable evening.
"Candice's creativity and love for British pub classics perfectly align with our own philosophy, and I’m looking forward to getting in the kitchen with her to create something really special for our guests."
Tickets for the event can be purchased from The Oarsman's website.
