Heavy delays are expected along the High Wycombe and Marlow border following a car crash.
The incident happened during the morning rush hour on Friday, October 4 along the A404 by the Handy Cross Roundabout (Wycombe to Marlow)
Thames Valley Police has confirmed that the road will ‘remain closed for most of the morning’, and they have described the scene as a ‘serious injury road traffic collision’.
Motorists planning to head that way are highly recommended to find alternative routes.
Some drivers have been stuck for ‘well over an hour’, with a handful of motorists unable to move since 6.30.
