The Eden Shopping Centre is hosting a month-long celebration for High Wycombe's older residents.
The Silver Series, a new initiative, will feature a variety of complimentary events throughout October.
The aim is to foster social connections and promote wellbeing among the town's older community.
The series kicks off on October 7 with a 'Silver Screening' of the British film, 'The Critic,' at Cineworld.
Attendees will receive a goodie bag and light refreshments.
On October 14, seniors can participate in 'Silver Stretch,' a 'Stretch & Flex' class in collaboration with Anytime Fitness.
This inclusive activity is suitable for all fitness levels, and participants will receive a complimentary yoga mat.
The series concludes on October 21 with 'Silver Sip,' an exclusive 'Coffee Social' at Muffin Break.
Attendees can enjoy a complimentary hot drink and muffin, participate in a fun quiz challenge, and receive a goodie bag.
Rebecca Gomme, marketing manager at Eden, said: "Eden Shopping Centre is proud to collaborate with businesses in the centre to offer these enriching activities for the senior members of our community.
"Our older generation is an integral part of High Wycombe’s community, and we hope they feel supported by us whilst enjoying these activities in a relaxed, accessible environment."
The Silver Series initiative is designed with the elderly community in mind, providing a space for socialising, making friends, and participating in enriching activities.
Each event throughout October promises to cater to a wide range of interests, ensuring attendees feel welcome within a friendly, inclusive environment.
The initiative follows the success of last year's Silver Monday event, and Eden Shopping Centre is keen to continue supporting the older community in High Wycombe.
