Sarah, the Duchess of York will visit a Buckinghamshire bookshop next month.
The 64-year-old, who is the ex-wife of the disgraced Royal Family member, Prince Andrew, will attend, the Gerrards Cross Bookshop on Saturday, October 12.
Her visit to Buckinghamshire is part of the annual Bookshop Day celebrations, which encourage members of the public to visit their local independent and national bookstores across the UK and Ireland.
The Duchess of York, who lives in Windsor, will be in Gerrards Cross between 11am and 12.30pm, where she will sign copies of her new children’s picture book Flora & Fern: Wonder in the Woods, illustrated by Denise Hughes.
Flora & Fren: Wonder in the Woods is a magical story featuring Flora & Fern as they discover the true meaning of wonder and friendship.
It is one of many books written by the ex-Royal Family member, is a Sunday Times and New York Times best-selling author, award-winning producer, philanthropist, creative founder and public speaker.
For over 30 years, she has been committed to being a voice and ambassador for women, children and communities around the world.
This has led her to publish over 70 books, including children’s stories.
Sarah was recently given the ‘Special Recognition of Services to Storytelling’ Award by the Montessori Group.
Her earlier book, Budgie the Little Helicopter, was adapted into a highly successful animated series on US Primetime Fox, and Tea for Ruby debuted at the top of the New York Times bestseller list.
Her YouTube show Storytime with Fergie and Friends has received over 20 million views.
