A care home has shown support for emergency services by distributing handmade hampers.
Residents and team members at Care UK's Ridley Manor, in Lane End, High Wycombe, prepared the hampers to mark Emergency Services Day.
The packages included treats, a handmade card, and other goodies.
The home also hosted a visit from paramedic John Goodall, who regularly carries out GP rounds at the home. In recognition of his service, he was presented with one of the hampers.
Estelle Adriaans, general manager at Ridley Manor, said: "The work that blue light workers do in the community is invaluable, so for Emergency Services Day we wanted to do something special to show our gratitude.
"The response we received was amazing, so we’d encourage the community to show their appreciation too, however they can."
The care home also delivered hampers to the police team and fire station crew.
