A new study has revealed the best areas in Buckinghamshire to own a property with garden space.
The Garden Space Report, conducted by MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery, analysed green space data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to rank areas across the UK based on the amount of private green space available.
This research aimed to identify the best locations for prospective buyers looking for properties with garden space.
The study found that Bledlow, Cadmore End, and Hambleden Valley in Wycombe district topped the list in the county, with 3,793,610 square metres of garden space.
Following closely was Hyde Heath, Bellingdon, and Latimer in the Chiltern district, with 3,395,676 square metres of garden space.
Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield Town, both in the South Buckinghamshire district, also made the top four, with 2,618,684 and 2,576,149 square metres.
Other notable areas included Knotty Green and Holmer Green, Great Missenden and Prestwood, Longwick, Kimble and Lacey Green, Marsh Gibbon, Steeple Claydon and Tingewick, Stoke Mandeville and Aston Clinton, and Chalfont St Giles, Seer Green and Jordans.
