A 27-year-old man from Amersham has been charged with several crimes which include attempted murder.
Harry Benson, of White Lion Road, was charged on Monday, September 9 with the following offences:
- Two counts of possession of a bladed article
- One count each of attempted murder,
- One count of possession of a sharply pointed article
- One count of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis.
Benson was remanded in custody and appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on September 9, where he was further remanded.
He is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on October 7.
His charges are related to an incident that occurred in the evening of Friday, September 6 along Dane Close in Amersham.
