A spudtacular time awaits families at Odds Farm Park this month, as an annual potato digging event returns.

The Spud Bash will take place every Saturday and Sunday in September, with more than three tonnes of potatoes available for visitors to dig up at the farm park near Beaconsfield.

Participating families will even be able to take a bag of potatoes home with them.

Louise Winslow, assistant general manager at Odds Farm Park, said: "Harvest is always a special time on the farm here at Odds.

"Families really enjoy the opportunity to work together and unearth all the spuds while children are always amazed that you can grow potatoes from a potato!

"Families always tell us how nice it is to have something in the diary to look forward to after heading back to school, so we can’t wait to welcome them to our September Spud Bash."

In addition to the Spud Bash, there is plenty of weather-proof fun on offer at Odds Farm Park in the form of the indoor soft play barn.

Outside, the adventure play, Marmalade's Mini Golf course, Tractor and Trailer ride, H2Odds water play area, and Marmalade's Mini Rovers are also open for business.

Online tickets for the Spud Bash are £17.95.

Children under 2 go free.

Pre-booking is not essential, with walk-up admissions welcome.
