A CCTV image has been released in connection with a burglary in Aylesbury.

At approximately 12.40am on Tuesday, August 27, a car was stolen in Malford Crescent in the town.

The car in question was a red Nissan Qashqai with the vehicle registration number: OV23 FWY.

After the crime had taken place, Thames Valley Police believe the vehicle was driven in the direction of Princes Risborough.

Investigating officer, PC Jamie Day said: “I am releasing a photo of the vehicle that was stolen during the burglary and appealing to anyone who may have seen the vehicle.

“If you think you have seen the vehicle or have any other information about the burglary then please contact Thames Valley Police as soon as possible.
