Three men have been handed jail and community sentences after a ‘crime spree’ in Flackwell Heath that included burglary, theft and knife possession.
Leon Davies, 41, of Jarry Court in Marlow and Aaron Peachey, 46, of Woodwhite Drive in Aylesbury were both sentenced to three years in jail for their involvement in the ‘spree’, while Jordan Carton, 25, of Prebendal Place, Aylesbury, was given 200 hours of unpaid community work.
Davies and Peachey both pleaded guilty to three counts of car theft and were found guilty by a jury of one count of burglary, with Peachey also admitting to possession of a bladed article.
Carton pleaded guilty to the three theft counts and the burglary charge.
The three men carried out a “crime spree” on Phillip Drive in Flackwell Heath on December 22, 2023, when they broke into three cars and burgled a house.
Police were alerted by a member of the public, and Peachey was carrying a knife when all three were apprehended at the scene.
Investigating officer, detective constable Conor Cormican, said: “The three men were intent on seeking to profit by taking other people’s property.
“Thames Valley Police is committed to investigating such offenders and bringing them before the courts to face justice.”
