Pupils across the towns have done immensely well after today, GSCE Results Day 2024, it was revealed that they achieved an exceptional number of grades.
GCSE students at Dr Challoner’s Grammar School have received their GCSE results today, a milestone on their journey through education.
Nearly 75% of results awarded were graded 7 or above, with 30% receiving a 9, the very highest grade. This set of results is testament to the hard work and commitment of the students as they covered the knowledge and understanding needed to achieve so highly across a range of 10 subjects each.
This gives them the grounding to thrive in further study, employment and, in due course, adult life.
Headteacher David Atkinson said “We are all very proud of our year 11 students for the way they approached the challenge of the GCSE exams and the success they have achieved as a cohort. The statistics speak for themselves, but the effort, aspiration and resilience shown by each student is just as important.
"Congratulations to them, and thanks to parents and teachers for their part in these successes. We wish all our students the very best for the next steps in their education.”
Students and staff at Dr Challoner’s High School in Little Chalfont are celebrating superb exam results again.
