A man is in a critical condition in hospital following a stabbing at a reggae music festival.
Police believe the incident was a targeted attack and there is no risk to festivalgoers or the wider public.
Officers were informed a man had been assaulted in the main arena at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, at around 8.50pm on Sunday, Thames Valley Police said.
They attended along with medical staff and the injured man was taken to hospital with stab wounds, where his condition is described as critical.
The force said it is carrying out a thorough investigation into the incident and is working with event organisers and their security team.
Forensic examinations and CCTV inquiries will be made, with a number of witness statement already taken.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or has any other information and has not already spoken to a police officer has been asked to call 101, quoting investigation reference number 20240726-1285.
