A TEENAGE motorcyclist has died following a crash with a vehicle near Milton Keynes.

Thames Valley Police said the crash happened shortly after 4.30pm on Sunday, July 28, when a Vauxhall Corsa and Suzuki motorcycle collided on Wolverton Road at the junction of Marsh Drive.

The 18-year-old motorcyclist was rushed to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where he sadly died on Wednesday, July 31.  His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.

Lead investigating officer, Sgt Ed Crofts from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the victim’s family at this time.

”We are appealing for any witnesses who have not already come forward to contact us.

“If you were in the vicinity of Wolverton Road at the time and saw either of the vehicles prior to the collision we would be keen to hear from you.
