Round-up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court
SHARON ANDRE, 45, of Helford Close, Aylesbury, convicted of two counts of common assault of an emergency worker - namely a police officer - in Aylesbury on June 28, 2023. Given a conditional discharge for six months. Also ordered to pay £26 victim surcharge.
DANIEL JANIAK, 27, of High Street, Burnham, convicted of drug-driving in Lake End Road, Taplow, on December 28, 2023. Found to have cannabis in their system. Fined 3415. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £166 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
NIGEL MILLER, 53, of Woodlands Glade, Knotty Green, convicted of speeding mover the 70mph limit on the M4 between Junction 11 and 12 near Reading on September 14, 2023. Found to be driving at 81mph. Fined £538. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £215 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.
SARA MASINA, 36, of Corporation Street, High Wycombe, convicted of speeding over the 30mph limit on the A40 in High Wycombe on September 25, 2023. Found to be driving at 35mph. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £40 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.
JAMIE BROOKE, 22, of Carnation Way, Aylesbury, convicted of speeding over the 40mph limit on the A41 in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on September 27, 2023. Found to be driving at 68mph. Fined £415. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £166 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.
CHLOE PRICE, 20, of Mount Pleasant, Aylesbury, convicted of assault by beating in Aylesbury on April 1, 2023. Given a conditional discharge for three months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £26 victim surcharge.
WILLIAM KEARNEY, 51, of London Road East, Amersham, convicted of using a mobile device while driving on the A40 London Road, Beaconsfield, on July 27, 2023. Also convicted of speeding over the 60mph limit on the A404 Marlow bypass on July 6, 2023. Found to be driving at 73mph. Fined £266. Also ordered to pay £290 court costs and £40 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.
BENJAMIN STOCKLEY, 40, of Main Street, Grendon Underwood, convicted of speeding over the 50mph limit on the A41 in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on September 13, 2023. Found to be driving at 73mph. Fined £66. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge. Three points added to driving licence.
MURYUM KHAN, 32, of Oxpen, Aylesbury, convicted of speeding over the 40mph limit on the M40 near Watlington on October 6, 2023. Found to be driving at 57mph. Fined £153. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £61 victim surcharge. Four points added to driving licence.
OWEN RINGSELL, 20, of Stone Grove, Chesham, convicted of assault by beating in Chesham on November 12, 2023.Fined £769 and must pay £100 compensation. Also ordered to pay £185 court costs and £308 victim surcharge.
NEVILLE BUSHAY, 41, of Lindsay Avenue, High Wycombe, convicted of two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker in High Wycombe on April 8, 2024. Handed a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and must pay £75 compensation.
