A 21-year-old has been charged with attempted murder after a man's throat was cut in Chalfont St Giles this week.
Daniel Macintosh was charged with the offence and possession of a blade in public after an incident involving a man in his sixties being stabbed in the neck, back and throat in Albion Crescent in Chalfont St Giles on Tuesday night, July 23.
The man suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Macintosh, who is from West Drayton in Hillingdon, will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today, July 25.
Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Dominique Muldoon said: “Our investigation into this incident continues and we would like to thank the public for your patience and cooperation while we conducted our enquiries.
