High Wycombe’s most expensive and least expensive streets have been revealed.
Conducted by Property Solvers, tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the High Wycombe postcodes.
It revealed that School Close (HP11), four properties sold for an average of £1,164,500, making it one of the best places to live in the town.
Whilst at the other end of the spectrum, West Wycombe Road was ranked bottom with a price of £124k from three sales.
The tables show as follows:
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Rayners Avenue (HP10) sold for £1,874,180 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £82,000 and under on Wye Gardens (HP12), Towers Lea (HP12) and Rose Court (HP12).
