Lib Dem incumbent MP Sarah Green has retained her seat in Chesham and Amersham after winning 45 per cent of the general election vote.
Sarah Green will continue to represent Chesham and Amersham after winning the seat in a by-election in 2021 following the death of Tory MP Cheryl Gillian.
She won 45 per cent of the vote, while Conservative candidate Gareth Williams took 18,971, Labour's Chris Chilton took 3,502, Reform's Laurence Jarvis gained 5,310 and the Green Party's Justine Fulford took 1,672.
Speaking to the Free Press, Ms Green said retaining her seat was a "wonderful feeling" and said the election night had been an "astonishing" one for her party.
