Incumbent MP Joy Morrissey has won the Beaconsfield seat in the 2024 general election in a night that saw Labour form a majority government in the UK.
Joy Morrissey first won the seat back in 2019 when she emerged victorious over predecessor Dominic Grieves, running as an independent after he was ousted from parliament over Brexit.
After her win, Ms Morrissey told the Free Press she was 'thrilled' and looking forward to 'holding the Labour government to account'.
Ms Morrissey will continue to represent the Beaconsfield area after winning 18,494 votes, with the Lib Dem's Anna Crabtree coming in second place with 13,039 votes.
Labour's Matthew Patterson got 7, 216 votes, the Green Party's Dominic Pegram got 1,977 and Reform UK's John Halsall got 6,055.
