ARTUR KORZON, 43, Russell Avenue, Aylesbury, convicted of speeding over the 40mph speed limit on the A41 in Bicester on August 11, 2023. Found to be driving at 50mph. Fined £72. Also ordered to pay £28 victim surcharge. Three points added to driving licence.

MATTHEW KIRSCH, 35, of Valerie Way, Aylesbury, convicted of speeding over the 30mph speed limit in Main Road, Ford, on August 10, 2023. Found to be driving at 39mph. Fined £72. Also ordered to pay £28 victim surcharge. Three points added to licence.

ANGELA ANGELOV, 61, of Station Close, High Wycombe, convicted of two counts of common assault in High Wycombe on October 9, 2023. Also convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause fear and harassment in High Wycombe on the same date. Fined £360. Also ordered to pay £50 compensation and £114 victim surcharge.

ANDRE GONCALVES, 45, of Nashleigh Hill, Chesham, convicted of criminal damage to the value of £289.20 as damage caused to a car door in Amersham on December 9, 2023. Fined £276. Also ordered to pay £289.20 compensation and £85 court costs.

VASILE NEACSU, 50, Lyndhurst Road, Chesham, convicted of drink-driving in Nashleigh Hill, Chesham on May 5, 2024. Found to have 119mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison. Disqualified from driving for 62 months Ordered to pay £85 court costs.

MATTHEW MUSZALIK, 47, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, convicted of drug-driving in Gillets Lane, High Wycombe, on November 16, 2023. Found to have cocaine in their system. Also convicted of fraudulently using a registration plate in High Wycombe on November 16, 2023. Given a community order to comply with supervision requirements and 160 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £114 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER MORTON, 49, of Lower Road, Stoke Mandeville, convicted of drink-driving in Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough, on April 21, 2024. Found to have 92mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Given a community order to comply with alcohol rehabilitation and made subject to the curfew using electronic tag monitoring. Also ordered to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Must pay £85 court costs and £114 victim surcharge.

WILLIAM BRAINCH, 25, of Oxford Road, Stokenchurch, convicted of speeding in excess of the 70mph limit on the M40 between junction 4 and 5 for High Wycombe on September 3, 2023. Fined £800. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £320 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.

QUIE DOHERTY, 25, of Hollow Hill Lane, Iver, convicted of using a motor vehicle without the correct insurance on the M4 near Nettleton on February 10, 2024. Also convicted of drink-driving in the same location on the same date. Found to have 86mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £120. Given a community order to comply with alcohol rehabilitation and a curfew with electronic tag monitoring. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.
