MARCIN WINCZEWSKI, 40, of William Street, Reading, convicted of speeding on the A33 at Reading on August 6, 2023. He exceeded the 70mph speed limit. Must pay a £120 fine, £90 in court costs and a £48 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MARK ROBSON, 37, of Wellington Street, Slough, convicted of theft from a shop after stealing £693 in coats from M&S in Windsor on March 27, 2024. Jailed for six weeks.

SAEED AFTAB, 49, of Upton Court Road, Slough, convicted of speeding on the M1 at Wavendon on April 18, 2023. Must pay a £72 fine and a £28 victim surcharge. Driving endorsed with three points.

NATASHA BARLOW, 34, of Derwent Drive, Slough, convicted of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control after their Mastiff injured a woman in Derwent Road, Slough, on December 8, 2022. Ordered to muzzle dog and fit gate with equipment to prevent mauling and escape. Must pay £250 in compensation and a £48 victim surcharge.

DERRY BENNETT, 44, of Hughenden Road, Slough, convicted of stealing clothes from a car in Slough on April 18, 2024. Also convicted of assault a man by beating him at Slough on the same day. Also convicting of possessing a knife in Slough on the same day. Jailed for 22 weeks. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

ALICE PATTEN, 30, of Burlingham Close, Reading, convicted of failing to comply with closure signals at Reading on August 16, 2023. Must pay a £115 fine, £90 in court costs and a £46 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

DARRELL FISHER, 22, of The Maying, Reading, convicted of driving without a licence at Reading on September 20, 2023. Also convicted of driving dangerously at Reading on the same day. Also convicted of driving without third-party insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Given a 20-month community order, including a mental health treatment requirement for 12 months, a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement and a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

PAWEL TRYNISZWESKI, 47, of Merton Road South, Reading, convicted of assaulting a woman at Reading on February 24, 2024. Also convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her at Reading on February 23, 2024. Also convicted of committing fraud by false representation by using his daughter’s bank card to pay for an Uber Eats delivery on February 24, 2024. Jailed for 10 weeks. Given a three-year restraining order. Must pay a £154 victim surcharge.

ATIF ABDULLAH, 20, of Great Knollys Street, Reading, convicted of assaulting a man by beating him on November 22, 2022. Given a one-year community order, including a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement and a 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Must pay £200 in compensation.

MARTN MCDONAGH, 44, of Ashmore Road, Reading, convicted of speeding at Winnersh on August 4, 2023. His speed – namely 52mph – exceeded the 30mph speed limit. Must pay a £120 fine, £90 in court costs and a £48 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MAX ELLIS, 20, of Wokingham Road, Bracknell, convicted of possessing a knife at the BP garage in Wokingham Road, Wokingham, on February 13, 2024. Also convicted of stealing food and alcohol to the value of £60 from M&S in Bracknell on the same day. Given a 12-month community order, including a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay a £100 fine and £60 in compensation.

HENRY WILLETT, 56, of The Devils Highways, Riseley, convicted of causing a vehicle to be left in a dangerous position at Basingstoke Road, Reading, on November 10, 2023. Also convicted of drink-driving at Reading on November 9, 2023. The proportion of alcohol in his breath – namely 98µg in 100 millilitres of breath – exceeded the legal limit of 35µg. Disqualified from driving for three years. Given a community order, including a four-month alcohol abstinence requirement. Also ordered to remain indoors between 5pm and midnight every evening for two months. Must pay £400 in court costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

VITALII MORGULETS, 40, of Pendlebury, Bracknell, convicted of drink-driving in Bracknell on April 3, 2024. The proportion of alcohol in his breath – namely 88µg in 100 millilitres of breath – exceeded the legal limit of 35µg. Disqualified from driving for 22 months, to be reduced by 22 weeks upon completion of an accredited course. Must pay a £576 fine, £85 in court costs and a £230 victim surcharge.

STACEY CHAMBERS, 30, of Jocks Lane, Bracknell, convicted of driving while using a mobile phone at Maidenhead on September 3, 2023. Must pay a £116 fine, £90 in court costs and a £46 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

MICHAEL PAUL FISHER, 56, of Downshire Way, Bracknell, convicted of failing to assist the police in identifying a driver between August 21, 2019, and September 18, 2019. Disqualified from driving for six months. Must pay a £660 fine, a £66 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
