A popular sushi restaurant in High Wycombe has suddenly closed down.
Yo! Sushi, which was based in the Eden Shopping Centre, officially shut its doors earlier on this month.
No official reason has been given for its departure.
It exits the South Buckinghamshire town with an average score of 3.9/5 from 460 Google Reviews, many of which praised the establishment.
The most recent testimonial was written roughly seven days ago which reads: “Nunu (a waitress) and the team were really helpful and nice.
“Helped guide through the menu and helped keep my little ones preoccupied including some cool paper aeroplanes.”
The user even received a response back from the restaurant saying: "We are glad to hear you enjoyed your recent visit to YO! We hope to see you again soon!"
Following the closure, a spokesperson from the Eden Shopping Centre said: “Eden Shopping Centre would prefer not to comment about this.”
They then eluded that Osaka, another Japanese restaurant, had opened in the complex at the back end of last year.
The Free Press has contacted Yo! for a comment.
