New food hygiene ratings between one and five have been handed to restaurants, cafes and takeaways in Buckinghamshire.

15 local businesses have been given new food hygiene ratings following unannounced council inspections.

What do the numbers mean?

0 – urgent improvement necessary

1 – major improvements necessary

2 – improvements necessary

3 – business generally satisfactory

4 – business good on assessment

5 – business is seen as very good
