A group of crafters in Flackwell Heath took part in a crochet and knitting project to mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
Anne Hughes is one of the volunteers involved in making the poignant woolly representation of the historic day.
The yarn display is in Flackwell Heath library and was organised by Glen Coleman, who started the knitting group.
Anne said: "The Flackwell Heath Crochet and Knitting Club who meet in Flackwell Heath library every Friday have been busy making a display for the children and residents to remember and learn about an auspicious day in our history - D-Day.
"This was organised by Glen Coleman who started the group and got us all knitting.
"[It was] great fun to be part of and what a result."
