The second Bank Holiday Weekend of the month is nearly here, as thousands of people across Buckinghamshire aim to enjoy having an extra day off work.
However, will the weather be kind to the South East over the next few days?
Here’s how the forecast is shaping up.
Saturday, May 25
It’s due to be sunny throughout the day with clouds expecting to arrive in the late morning/early afternoon.
It will reach highs of around 19°C, with the cloud disappearing for the evening.
Sunday, May 26
Despite it being dry on Saturday, Sunday is expected to be very rainy.
Highs of around 18°C are expected, but it will be a mix of sunny spells and showers during the day, before things begin to dry up in the late evening.
Monday, May 27
What can we expect on Bank Holiday Monday?
Well, a bit of the same to Sunday,
Highs of 16°C but it’ll be a mix of both sun and rain.
There will be dry periods during the course of the day, but it certainly won’t be BBQ weather.
For the rest of the working week, it is again expected to rain before things pick up at the end of the week.
