A police cordon remains in place in High Wycombe after two men were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
In the evening of Friday, May 17, Thames Valley Police were called to the Tilling Crescent area of the town in Micklefield following reports of a stabbing.
The man, who is in his 20s, was taken to hospital in a critical condition, where he currently remains.
Following the incident, two men aged 29 and 32 from High Wycombe, were arrested on May 18.
They were remanded in custody but have since been released on bail.
Two days later on May 20, the police cordon remains in place.
Images obtained by the Free Press show one police van outside a property involved in the incident, with parts of the pavement also being blocked off for public members to use.
It is unknown how long the cordon will be in place for, but a policewoman at the scene revealed that they ‘couldn’t imagine it’d be much longer’.
