A van has been seen failing to stop at the scene of a crash in Hazlemere.
At around 11am on Friday, May 3 in Park Parade, a woman was in her vehicle outside the village's Co-Op, when a white van crashed into the side of her car.
It is alleged that the driver of the van 'opened his door and looked back,' before heading off.
The woman in question decided to pursue the van driver in a very brief chase up Holmer Green Road, before they got away.
She told the Free Press: "I was looking for a car park space when it happened as it as Park Parade is a busy place.
"So when he did hit me, I thought he was going to pull over and check what had happened but he just drove off.
"I was shocked by it and decided to chase him, but he went off quite quickly."
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson, said: “We received a report of a fail to stop road traffic collision at around 11am on Friday (3/5) in Park Parade, Hazlemere.
“Officers are investigating and urge anyone with information, CCTV or dash-cam footage to call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43240204232.”
