A popular social media influencer who focuses on history will visit Buckinghamshire next month.

Dr Amy Boyington, who has accumulated over 30m likes on the website, Tik Tok, will attend Stowe House on May 9 to discover about the women associated with the famous building.

This talk aims to throw some much-needed light upon these women, focusing particularly on the lives of Anna, Countess Temple and her successor Mary, Marchioness of Buckingham.

It seeks to highlight how they experienced and enjoyed Stowe, and whether they left a lasting legacy upon the estate.

The chat will teach those in attendance about the past of Anne, Viscountess Cobham, née Halsey, Anna, Lady Temple, née Chambers, who was the wife of Earl Temple.
