A PRIMARY school in Beaconsfield has been named as a top school in the Parent Power Sunday Times guide.
Butlers Court School in Wattleton Road secured 37th place in The Sunday Times top 500 primary school list, showing how state-funded primaries are doing better than many prep schools across the country.
The Good Ofsted rated school are now featured on the list, appearing above other Buckinghamshire school's in the ranking.
The Top 500 primary schools guide has been put together based on how primary schools in England rank on their average scores in English, grammar and maths.
Butlers Court School has a score of 112 for maths and 112 for grammar.
Seer Green CofE School is 156th on the list, with Danesfield School 190th place and St Mary's CofE Primary school in Amersham taking 209th place.
