GERRARD KNOWLDEN, 68, of Sandygate Road, Marlow, convicted of drink-driving in Heath End Road, Flackwell Heath on March 6. Found to have 62mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £196. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £78 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

LUCY HELPS, 51, of Henley Road, Marlow, convicted of drink-driving in Henley Road, Marlow, on March 7, 2024. Found to have 71mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £369. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £148 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 19 months.

KIERON TRIM, 36, of no fixed abode, convicted of stealing goods worth £559.99 from Marks and Spencer in Beaconsfield on March 22, 2024. Also convicted of stealing goods worth £113 from Marks and Spencer in High Wycombe on March 23, 2024. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison due to severity of offence and previous convictions. Ordered to pay £500 compensation.

RYAN BOWYER, 35, of Long Leys, Aylesbury, convicted of being in charge of a vehicle while above the alcohol level limit in Kirkeby close, Stoke Mandeville, on August 15, 2023. Found to have 51mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £108. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £43 victim surcharge. 10 points added to driving licence.

DARREN BYRNE, 36, of Cherry Tree Road, Chinnor, convicted of drink-driving in Main Road, Lacey Green, on February 25, 2024. Found to have 96mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £1,153. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £461 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 25 months.

MIHAI CHRISTESCU, 22, of no fixed abode, convicted of stealing food worth £56.50 from Iceland stores in High Wycombe on March 25, 2024. Fined £40.

AMIN ALI, 56, of Coopers Row, Iver, convicted of speeding above the 30mph limit in A4020 Oxford Road on June 20, 2023. Fined 385 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £43 victim surcharge. Four points added to the licence.

ALAN FANG, 47, of Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, convicted of speeding over the 30mph speed limit in Farnham Road, Slough, on September 11, 2023. Found to be doing 36mph. Fined £576. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £230 victim surcharge. Three points added to licence.

SAAD HASHMI, 32, of Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, convicted of drug-driving on the A4010 Risborough Road on August 12, 2023. Found to have cannabis in their system. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

HARRY MARNEY, 32, of Walkham close, High Wycombe, convicted of making threats to kill in Maidenhead on March 5, 3024. Handed a community order to comply with an exclusion order from a street in High Wycombe for two years and must undertake rehabilitation activity. Also ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £85 court costs and £114 victim surcharge.

FREDERICO USAI, 39, of no fixed abode, convicted of using threatening or abusive language or behaviour to cause alarm or distress in Buckinghamshire on March 25, 2024. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £80 victim surcharge.

HARWINDERPAL SAMRAI, 45, of Old London Road, Milton Common, convicted of speeding over the 70mph limit on the M40 on August 1, 2023. fined £1,038. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £415 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.

DANNY CRISP, 48, of West End Lane, Stoke Poges, convicted of using a handheld mobile device while driving in Farnham Road, Slough, on August 2, 2023. Fined £384. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £154 victim surcharge. Six points added to driving licence.

IAN HYDE, 59, of The Avenue, Princes Risborough, convicted of using a handheld mobile device while driving in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, on August 22, 2023. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £90 court costs and £80 victim surcharge. six points added to driving licence.
