A FORD garage in Marlow has proudly retained its Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) re-accreditation.
The coveted EVA scheme, established by the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), salutes retailers for excellence in the electric vehicle industry.
The scheme enjoys the backing of the Government’s Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) and the Energy Saving Trust.
To renew their accreditation, Platts of Marlow staff went through rigorous training.
It showcases their dedication to keeping abreast of the EV market's continuous evolution.
All colleagues demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of all electric and hybrid model variants.
Post-sale and technical personnel received up-to-date and extensive training.
Jim Platt, Chairman of Platts, commented: "We are delighted to receive our EVA accreditation again; customers can be reassured that at Platts of Marlow they will receive the best advice and support when considering an EV purchase and the maintenance of them."
Gabriele Severini, an NFDA spokesperson, congratulated Platts: "Congratulations to Platts on receiving their EV re-accreditation, recognising their continued focus of expertise in the sector, they were one of the first dealers in the Thames Valley to have achieved this."
