With a still-uneven housing market, it's important to be fully informed before falling in love with one of the many beautiful, historic or family-sized homes in the region.
That's why we've compiled a list of the house price averages for a range of postcode areas in South Bucks, using Land Registry data from the last 12 months.
Aylesbury was the cheapest place to buy a home during this period, with an average price of £307,897.

Meanwhile, Beaconsfield – unsurprisingly – clocked in at the most expensive roaming ground for prospective buyers, with an average price tag per property of £1,308,331.
