The organisers of Pub in the Park are going the extra mile to make this year’s celebration one to remember.
The restaurants set to pitch their stands at Pub in the Park in Higginson Park this May will have brand-new ‘Pub Specials’ on their menus – a signature dish that will take the form of an entirely original creation or a reworking of a classic favourite.
A spokesperson for the food and music festival told ticketholders to “expect bold flavours and premium ingredients” from this year’s participating eateries.
They also teased a full menu announcement ahead of the event in May, coming “very soon”.
Some of the restaurants set to join Tom Kerridge in his celebration of all things food and music have already been revealed, and include Vassu by Atul Kochhar, The Oarsman, Café Murano and Bookclub and Hangfire BBQ.
The festival's music line-up has already been unveiled in its entirety - with Van Morrison, Busted, Paloma Faith, Scouting for Girls and Sophie Ellis Baxter just some of the big names set to grace the mainstage.
Speaking to the Free Press back in November, Steve Lane, Managing Director of Pub in the Park, promised the weekend would deliver ticket buyers “incredible value” for their money, with a wider range of free-to-attend talks and demonstrations than ever before.
Pub in the Park 2024 will be held in Marlow from May 16 to May 19. Tickets are available to buy now at https://www.pubintheparkuk.com/.
