A man will bulldoze his south Bucks mansion and build a new one if a planning application is approved.
Kevin Amos-Yeo wants to demolish the existing house and workshop at Foxglove Walk, Andrew Hill Lane, Hedgerley.
This would be replaced by a new five-bedroom property with a swimming pool and a garage space for three cars.
The applicant said his ‘highly sustainable and energy efficient’ new house would be in keeping with his ‘desire to be connected to the grounds’ of the property.

His application read: “The client’s intention is to create a house to entertain friends and family, with the ability to open and close parts of the building as and when needed.”
Plans for the new mansion include a grand hall with a pool table, a BBQ area, a large terrace overlooking a lawn, a swimming pool with a changing room, a bootroom, a master bedroom and four smaller guest bedrooms.
The applicant was previously granted planning permission for the demolition of the house and workshop and the creation of a new swimming pool and basement garage in in 2022.
He subsequently scaled back the plans and submitted his new application, which removes the basement garage and relocates the swimming pool.
