A MAN appeared in court today charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Totteridge.
Harvey Turner, 43, from Everest Close, High Wycombe, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates this afternoon.
Turner, who manages a warehouse in Slough, is accused of the attempted murder of Carlos De Souza, 48, last Wednesday in Everest Close, High Wycombe.
Turner has been remanded in custody until August 11 when he will appear at Reading Crown Court.
Mr De Souza, who was shot in the stomach, was taken to Wexham Park Hospital last Wednesday.
According to Thames Valley Police spokesman Pierre Du Bois, Mr De Souza is, "no longer in a life threatening condition and making good progress."
