Three teenagers have been arrested after several people were seen running around High Wycombe allegedly carrying knives.
Between 4.45pm and 5.30pm on Friday, March 1, four males were spotted along Spearing Road with weapons challenging people to engage in a fight.
Since then, two boys from Reading, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a bladed article.
The 16-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis and the 17-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug.
Additionally, a 17-year-old boy, previously of High Wycombe, was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a bladed article.
All three boys have been released on conditional bail.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Daisy Tarrant, of High Wycombe CID, said: “I would urge anyone who may have been in the area or who may have information about this incident to please contact police.
“If you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were driving in the area around the time, particularly in Spearing Road adjacent to the service road and the junction at Cross Road. Please check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
