A 29-year-old man has been charged with ownership of a 'dangerously out of control dog' following an incident on farmland near Aylesbury.
Alex Milenkovic,29, of Shipton Lee, Quainton, was involved in a dangerous dog incident in his Aylesbury village on the morning of February 19.
Milenkovic's "dangerously out of control" dog reportedly worried livestock on farmland in Quainton between the hours of 8am and 10am last Monday.
The 29-year-old was charged with owning a dog that had worried livestock, owning a dog that was dangerously out of control and having a duty to ensure animal welfare on Friday, February 23, following an investigation by Thames Valley Police's Rural Crime Taskforce.
He was released on conditional bail and will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on March 11.
