The sign of a big supermarket has been taken down.
Tesco, situated on the Bath Road in Taplow, has been in the Bishop Centre retail park since 2014.
Since then it has been a major player, drawing shoppers into the retail park.
However, in the last few days, shoppers have noticed the big sign above the shop has been taken down.
On approaching Tesco, they have confirmed that it has been removed due to issues with the sign not illuminating properly.
Since the tail end of last year, some letters of the sign have failed to illuminate, leading to the decision for Tesco to take the sign down.
Tesco confirmed the sign was taken down safely and will be replaced in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, the shop is open as usual from 6am to 10pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
