Huge delays were seen along the A404 as several sheep made their way onto the road.
The incident was first reported in the morning of February 17, when an unspecified number of the animals were spotted along the dual carriageway by the Bisham roundabout.
Police were at the scene as traffic hit a complete standstill.
The farmer of the sheep was made aware, and an operation to move the farmyard creatures off the road took place.
By 12.15pm, the animals had successfully been removed and drivers were able to resume their journies.
