Odds Farm Park is gearing up for its lambing event as 25 ewes are ready to give birth during the school holiday period.
Odds Farm Park in Beaconsfield is getting ready this February half term for its annual lambing event between Saturday, February 10 until Sunday,18.
The 35-acre rare breeds farm has more than 25 ewes ready to give birth.
Assistant General Manager Louise Winslow said: “February half term sees the start of a very busy lambing season for us here at Odds Farm Park.
"We are expecting lambs to be born every day of the school holidays, and some visitors might even be lucky enough to witness newborn lambs take their first steps into the world.”
Once the lambs have been born, they are moved with their mums to the Litte Hooves Lamb Nursery where visitors will have the opportunity to learn all about lambing.
Louise adds: “We love lambing here at Odds. It is such a huge event in the farming calendar and our farmers can’t wait to show our newborns to all our guests.
“As well as watching the newborn lambs, there will also be farmer-led demonstrations and opportunities to handfeed sheep and goats in the undercover Animal Barn throughout the day.”
Online pre-booked tickets are £14.95. Children under two-year's-old are free of charge.
