TWO MEN are due to appear in court next week in connection with an affray in Milton Keynes.
Thomas Stokes, 27, of Top Fair Furlong, Milton Keynes, was charged with three counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, two counts of intimidation of a witness and one count of intentional strangulation on Friday, January 26.
Kevin Stokes, 24, of Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes, was charged with three counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, and count each of intimidation of a witness and intentional strangulation on the same day.
The charges relate to an incident on the H8 at the junction of the Chapter near the Coffee Hall estate on Wednesday, January 24.
Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday, February 5.
