Pubs in a Buckinghamshire town have been named among the best in the UK in a prestigious list of the industry's crème-de-la-crème.
Two gastropubs in Marlow have been named in brewer Estrella Damm's comprehensive list of the top 50 restaurant-quality pubs in the UK for 2024.
Voted by Estrella Damm's academy of hospitality insiders, the industry-approved round-up appears to reconfirm Marlow's status as a countrywide hotspot for fine dining.
Unsurprisingly, more than one Tom Kerridge eatery made the cut, with The Hand and Flowers in Marlow featured as one of the top gastropubs in the country, described by judges in 2023 as “a spectacle" of the culinary world.
Kerridge’s first and flagship pub is currently managed by Lourdes Dooley and run under head chef Tom De Keyser, ensuring a winning combination of “friendly service and exceptional food and drink”.
