A popular mini pig farm in Buckinghamshire has asked visitors to help fund animal care and running costs amid challenges brought on by the cost-of-living crisis.
Based in Old Amersham, Kew Little Pigs is a family attraction that is beloved both locally and further afield and was recently voted among the top ten best animal experiences in the world by TripAdvisor.
The miniature pig farm, which gives visitors the chance to enter micro pig and pygmy goat pens and participate in petting and feeding sessions, has not been immune to nationwide economic struggles, however.
Kew Little Pigs has been hit particularly hard by soaring interest rates and high food and energy bills, leading owner Olivia Mikhail to create a fundraising page in an effort to avoid raising entry costs.

Olivia, who has set up a GoFundMe page with every penny going towards the farm's animals, said "as little and as much" as anyone could donate would make a difference to the business's future.
"We know that many of our visitors love the farm and the pigs, and we are asking them to contribute to the upkeep of the pigs and other farm animals by giving gifts and donations.
"We are a small, private, family-run farm employing local people, and we receive no funding or grants externally.
"As a small business, this is a very challenging time."
