If you're looking to bag a bargain home, High Wycombe has some currently on the market.

To avoid disappointment, bargain home hunters need to act fast and be prepared to have money available in case sellers accept cash buyers only.
In High Wycombe, properties sold for an average overall price of £417,733 over last year, according to Rightmove.
Detached properties sold for an average of £711,413, semi-detached fetched an average of £449,102 and flats an average of £228,755 over last year.

A two-bedroom detached bungalow with a garden is up for sale for £125,000 for cash purchase only in the mobile home park.

The driveway fits one car and the lawned garden is fenced.
