A ZARA store in High Wycombe is allegedly closing within weeks.
The chain clothing brand is rumoured to leave the Eden Shopping Centre in High Wycombe.
Staff were allegedly told in a meeting today (January 10) that the lease of the Zara store was coming to an end on January 31, the Free Press has learned.
Although the staff were not given an exact closure date, the company allegedly announced the store would close.
If Zara closes in Wycombe, the nearest stores will be in Slough and Reading.
Rumours of a possible Zara exit have been circulating for months, but the Eden Shopping Centre has declined to comment.
A spokesperson for the Eden Centre remained tight-lipped and didn’t comment on the latest allegations.
Zara was contacted for a comment.
